AI Workshop · one day · Training practice
One day, and AI stops being a meeting topic.
A hands-on workshop built on your own cases: the morning demystifies and shows what AI gets wrong too, the afternoon leaves everyone with two automations that genuinely run.

Round table and irritantsFramingEveryone describes their typical week and the tasks that bore them. We write it all on the board: those become the afternoon's exercises, and nobody leaves with an example that does not concern them.

What AI can do, and what it gets wrongUnderstandLive demonstrations, no sales deck. We also show the classic failures — invented answers, confidentiality, dependency — so nobody gets caught out once back at the office.

Working on your own documentsHands-onEveryone works on a real document from their own job: a customer email, a report, a product page, a tracking spreadsheet. This is where it becomes concrete for each participant.

First automation, in pairsHands-onWe install an automation template suited to your trade and connect it to your tools. By the end of the slot it is running — this is not a mockup.

Second automation, on your ownHands-onThis time you drive and we move from table to table. This is the moment participants realise they will be able to do it again without us.

Usage rules and the 30-day planNextConfidentiality rules, what never goes into a prompt, appointing internal champions, and the plan for the next three automations, prioritised with you.
Who it is for
- Teams who have never used AI at work and do not know where to start
- Managers who want to bring their department along without launching a heavy training plan
- Owners of small and mid-sized companies looking for where AI actually pays off
- Teams who are already curious but each tinkering in their corner without method
No technical prerequisite. One laptop per participant is enough.
What you leave with
- Two automations in service, connected to your tools
- A prompt library adapted to your roles
- The written usage framework: what is allowed, what is not
- The plan for the next three automations, prioritised
- A training certificate for every participant
Quoted individually
- Format 01
At your offices
We come to you, on your machines and your tools. The most effective format for a whole team, because the automations built during the day run on the real environment.
Up to 12 people · quoted according to location
- Format 02
Remote
Over video, on your own tools, when travelling makes no sense or the team works from several sites. Same day, same real cases, with small-group exercises so nobody stays a spectator.
Up to 12 people · on request
What people ask us before we start
- Why is no price shown?
- Because a day at your offices and a remote day carry neither the same content nor the same cost, and because preparation depends on your roles. We prepare the quote and, where relevant, the funding dossier after a scoping conversation.
- What happens after the day?
- You leave with two automations in service, a written usage framework and the plan for the next three. Many teams stop there and do very well. Those who want to go further move on to role-based paths or to an automation engagement.
- How far ahead should we book?
- Allow two to three weeks: one week for the scoping conversation and preparing the exercises from your documents, the rest for the funding dossier when there is one.
