Practice 03 · Data and knowledge

Your data already knows. It just needs asking.

A knowledge base you can query in plain language, reporting commented automatically, structured exports: we turn your documents and spreadsheets into something usable every day.

What we do

Four data projects

  • Searchable knowledge base

Your internal documents indexed and queried in plain language, with the document and page cited in every answer. One question replaces half an hour spent digging through shared folders.

    Sourced, verifiable answers
  • Augmented reporting and alerting

Your indicators consolidated from your tools, commented automatically and delivered in the right format to each team. Abnormal variances raise an alert instead of waiting for the monthly meeting.

    Reports arrive on their own
  • Data structuring

Extraction from PDFs, emails or scans, cleaning, deduplication and migration: your exports and spreadsheets become usable instead of being retyped.

    A single source of truth
  • Governance and quality

Access rights per team, traceability of the answers given, freshness checks on sources and periodic review: what keeps a knowledge base correct a year later.

Our method · in three stages

  1. Source audit

We inventory your servers, spreadsheets and tools, and assess honestly what is usable — often less than expected, and better known upfront.

    Week 1

  2. Indexing and retrieval

Ingestion, chunking and search put in place, then evaluated against a list of real business questions supplied by your teams.

    Weeks 2 to 5

  3. Rollout and follow-up

Search interface, connection to your everyday tools, then monitoring of answer quality and reindexing of the sources that move.

    From week 6

Frequently asked

What people ask us before we start

Do our documents leave for an AI provider?
Storage and indexing stay in Europe. Depending on how sensitive the documents are, models run at a European provider under a no-training contract, or on dedicated infrastructure. The choice is made during scoping, documented, and it is yours.
How do we know an answer is reliable?
Every answer cites the document and page it came from, so checking takes seconds. When no source answers, the assistant says so. We measure that rate on your own questions before go-live.
Our data is a mess. Do we need to tidy it up first?
No, and that is part of the work. The source audit separates what is usable straight away, what needs cleaning, and what is better left aside. Waiting until everything is tidy is the surest way never to start.
