What people ask us before we start
- Which tools do you automate with?
- n8n, Make and Zapier depending on context, plus code when no connector fits. The choice is made during scoping on three criteria: what you already use, how sensitive the data is, and who will maintain the automation after we leave.
- What happens when an automation gets something wrong?
- Anything that reaches a customer — a quote, an email, a post — goes through human approval until reliability is proven over several weeks. Every run is logged and supervised: an anomaly reaches a person, never silence.
- Are we dependent on VenaLabs once it is live?
- No. Workflows are delivered inside your own workspace, documented, and your teams are trained to change them. We offer flat-rate maintenance, but it is not the condition for what we built to keep running.
