What we do

Four typical projects

  • Automation audit

Our starting point: we map your processes, spot the quick wins and deliver a costed, prioritised roadmap — which you remain free to have executed by whoever you like.

    A costed roadmap
  • Business workflows

Chains of actions across your tools — CRM, accounting, email, Notion, Airtable: as soon as an event happens, the rest follows on its own.

    No more copy-pasting between tools
  • Document processing

Automatic extraction, filing and entry of invoices, purchase orders, contracts and forms, whether they arrive by email or as scans.

    Manual entry disappears
  • Content automation

Generation and publication of recurring content: product pages, newsletters, posts, replies to customer reviews — always reviewed before it goes out.

A publishing rhythm you can hold

Our method · in three stages

  1. Audit

We map your real processes — not the ones in the manual — and rank the automations by their impact on time spent.

    Week 1

  2. Design

We prototype, test on your real data and adjust with the people who will run the automation day to day.

    Weeks 2 to 4

  3. Production and follow-up

Go-live, team training, supervision of every run and correction of the edge cases that always show up in real conditions.

    From week 5

Frequently asked

What people ask us before we start

Which tools do you automate with?
n8n, Make and Zapier depending on context, plus code when no connector fits. The choice is made during scoping on three criteria: what you already use, how sensitive the data is, and who will maintain the automation after we leave.
What happens when an automation gets something wrong?
Anything that reaches a customer — a quote, an email, a post — goes through human approval until reliability is proven over several weeks. Every run is logged and supervised: an anomaly reaches a person, never silence.
Are we dependent on VenaLabs once it is live?
No. Workflows are delivered inside your own workspace, documented, and your teams are trained to change them. We offer flat-rate maintenance, but it is not the condition for what we built to keep running.
