The catalogue moves faster than the team writing it.
Thousands of references to describe, reviews to handle every day, a support inbox receiving the same question ten times over, and competitor prices that move overnight. E-commerce is where VenaLabs started: we worked in it before turning it into an offering.

Four immediate gains
- Generated product pages
Descriptions, attributes and search copy produced from your supplier data, in your tone, translated where needed, reviewed before publishing. A full catalogue stops being an annual project.
The catalogue keeps up with deliveriesn8n + your e-commerce platform - Round-the-clock support
An assistant that answers on your delivery and returns terms and on the real status of an order, citing its source, and hands over to a human the moment it leaves its remit.
Repetitive questions disappearRAG assistant + your helpdesk - Review handling
Reviews collected, sorted by reason for dissatisfaction, with replies proposed for approval. Recurring reasons reach the product team instead of dissolving into the flow.
Recurring causes become visibleMake + review platforms - Price monitoring and carts
Competitor prices tracked on your key references with alerts on gaps, and abandoned-cart follow-ups written around what the basket actually contained.

What people ask us before we start
- Are generated product pages penalised by search engines?
- What gets penalised is duplicate, worthless content — not assisted content. Our pages start from your own data — attributes, uses, real constraints — and are reviewed before publishing. A page copied straight from a supplier feed, on the other hand, deserves its penalty.
- Which platform do you work with?
- Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop and proprietary platforms that expose an API. Integration goes through your store's API, not through an extension to install: your theme and your performance are untouched.
- Can an assistant answer questions about an order?
- Yes, by querying your system live and only after the customer is identified. It never answers from memory on data that changes: availability and delivery tracking are read at the moment of the question, or the assistant hands over.
