About

We make AI useful to companies with no IT department.

VenaLabs started from a simple observation: between spectacular demonstrations and the daily reality of a forty-person company, somebody was missing to do the actual work. Train, build, connect, then stay reachable.

Our mission

That AI should also benefit those with no research budget and no data scientist.

Large groups have entire teams for this. Small companies, trades and shops hear about AI without ever seeing what it changes about their week — and sometimes pay dearly to find out.

We bridge the gap: we train the teams, build what is missing, and stay around when things need adjusting. No jargon, and no dreams sold. It is also why our training platform, the AI Academy, is open to everyone free of charge.

Our principles

  • Concrete before demonstration

We never show a capability we have not already put into production for a client. A demonstration that does not survive the first edge case has proven nothing.

  • You stay the owner

The code, the workflows and the data are yours, hosted wherever you decide. No lock-in, no black box, no mandatory subscription to keep using what we delivered.

  • Saying no when it is warranted

If AI is not the right answer to your problem — and sometimes it is not — we tell you, and we do not invoice a project we know will not hold.

  • French, from start to finish

Training and support in French, hosting in Europe. Your data trains no model, and the exact scope of what is processed is written down before anything goes into production.

Our method

The same for every project

  1. Diagnostic

A short questionnaire that produces a costed report: maturity score, the automations worth starting with, estimated savings in hours and euros, and a 30/60/90-day plan.

    5 min online

  2. Scoping

We come and see how you actually work, prioritise with you, and write down what will be delivered. Nothing starts without that document, and the quote follows from it.

    1 to 2 weeks

  3. Build

Deliveries every two weeks, tested against your real data. You watch the project advance and correct along the way, rather than discovering the result at the end.

    4 to 10 weeks

  4. Adoption and follow-up

User training, internal champions equipped, then flat-rate maintenance. We measure usage at 3, 6 and 12 months, because it is the only indicator that counts.

    Ongoing

30 minutes · no commitment

We start by listening.

A first conversation, with no commitment, to see whether we can be useful to you — and to tell you plainly if we cannot.
